NDF commemorates three decades of Community Services

JAMMU: National Development Foundation (NDF) J&K, Jammu celebrated thirty years of community services by organizing a Mehfile-Sangeet at Tawi Conference Hall, Udheywala, here. Mayor Jammu, Chander Mohan Gupta joined the celebration as Chief Guest while Excise Commissioner J&K, Pankaj Sharma presided over the function. Farooq Qesor SSP, Rameshwar Jamwal Sr. Advocate High Court Jammu, Vikram Garg, Chartered Accountant, NDF Board Members, Nilly Pachnanda, Jatin Anand, R C Puri, Deeraj Sharma, Surbhi Sharma, all Sr. Staff/Staff of NDF & exemployees of NDF also graced the occasion. Ajay Kumar & party presented the variety music programmes.

Founder President of NDF, Rajiv Khajuria gave a detailed brief account on the history of NDF. He thanked the Govt communities and civil society, who contributed in making the programmes of NDF successful. A detailed presentation of the work done by NDF in the field of Child protection, education, Wash, DRR, Health and Environment protection. Pankaj Sharma, Farooq Qesor, R C Puri and other dignitaries & Board Members also spoke on the occasion. Mayor congratulated NDF on successful completion of thirty years. He termed NDF as a very honest and transparent organisation which has actually benefitted child, youth and communities in Jammu & Kashmir particularly on Actual Line of Control. He complimented the leadership of its Founder President Rajiv Khajuria and called upon NDF to expedite its work. He assured the full support of JMC and UT Government to NDF and said that we need civil society organizations like NDF who supplement the efforts of the Government.
