Legal Status

National Development Foundation has the following Legal Status :-

1. Registered as a Society under Societies Registration Act 1860 since 1994.
   
2. Registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).
   
3. We are also registered with Neeti Ayog, CSR-1, Section 12A of IT Act and all donations to NDF are exempted under Section 80-G of Income Tax Act, 1961.

National Development Foundation fulfils all other eligibility criteria to be supported by the government, corporate and
any other National or International Donor.
